#### 105 Report to designated local regulatory authority on disciplinary matters 105 Report to designated local regulatory authority on disciplinary matters > > (1) This rule applies if an external intervener becomes aware of any matter in the course of an external intervention that the external intervener thinks may be unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct on the part of an Australian legal practitioner or Australian-registered foreign lawyer. > > > (2) If this rule applies, the external intervener must (unless the matter is or has already been the subject of a complaint) refer the matter to the designated local regulatory authority to consider whether disciplinary action should be taken against an Australian legal practitioner or Australian-registered foreign lawyer.
