#### 103 Fees, legal costs and expenses 103 Fees, legal costs and expenses > > (1) An external intervener must provide written reports in accordance with any reporting requirements as specified in the instrument of appointment— > > > > > (a) fees by way of remuneration, and > > > > > (b) the legal costs and the expenses incurred in relation to the external intervention. > > > (2) An account of the external intervener for fees, costs and expenses may, on the application of the designated local regulatory authority, be taxed or assessed.
