#### 21 Early assessment of suitability 21 Early assessment of suitability > Every application made under section 21 (1) of the Uniform Law must— > > > (a) be made by statutory declaration in a form determined by the Board, > > > (b) include a disclosure statement referred to in rule 17, as if the application were an application for a compliance certificate, and > > > (c) include any documents referred to in rules 15, 16, 18, 19 and 20 that may reasonably be regarded as relevant by the Board when considering the circumstances of the applicant and the application.
