90 Application of Associations Act 2003 The provisions of the Associations Act 2003 applied under section 645(1)(a) to (d) of the Legal Profession Act 2006 are subject to the following modifications: (a) a reference to the committee of an association is a reference to the Council; (b) section 94 does not apply to the extent that it requires the Law Society or its officers to give information relating to the performance of its statutory functions; (c) section 109(2)(a) and (d) do not apply.
