84 Annual contributions (1) For section 392(1) of the Act, the class of legal practitioners who are not government lawyers is prescribed. (2) For section 392(2) of the Act, the amount of contribution payable by a legal practitioner who is a member of the class prescribed under subregulation (1) must not exceed $1 500. (3) For section 393(1) of the Act, the contribution for the period of 12 months beginning on 1 July in a year, is the amount notified by the Funds Management Committee under section 392(4) for the year. Note Section 392 of the Act requires the Committee to decide an amount each year having regard to advice of an actuary and this amount is notified in the Gazette.
