81 Exemptions (1) For section 375(1) of the Act, an Australian legal practitioner who is a government lawyer within the meaning of section 90(5) or 91(5) of the Act is exempt from the requirement to be insured under the Act. (2) However, the exemption only applies in relation to work done by the government lawyer in the course of the lawyer's duties for the entity in relation to which the lawyer is an employee.
