33 Operation of this Part This Part has effect for Part 3.1 of the Act, and accordingly applies to a law practice in respect of: (a) trust money received by the practice in this jurisdiction, unless the practice has an office in one or more other jurisdictions but not in this jurisdiction; and (b) trust money received by the practice in another jurisdiction, if the practice has an office in this jurisdiction but in no other jurisdiction; and (c) trust money received by the practice in another jurisdiction, if the practice has an office in: (i) this jurisdiction; and (ii) one or more other jurisdictions but not in the jurisdiction in which the money was received;

Legal Profession Regulations 2007 20 unless the money is dealt with in accordance with the corresponding law of a jurisdiction in which the practice has an office.
