32 Complying community legal centre For section 227(e) of the Act: (a) the information is the following: (i) the financial basis of the operations of the body corporate, including its funding and expected funding; (ii) the nature of the legal services provided by the body corporate; (iii) any advertisements or publications describing the nature of the legal services provided by the body corporate; (iv) the name of the supervising legal practitioner; and (b) the fee is the amount specified in Schedule 3 as the amount payable for the grant or renewal of an unrestricted local practising certificate.
