27 Application of Part 35 of Act The following provisions of Part 3.5 of the Act, with the specified modifications, apply to a locally-registered foreign lawyer practising in the Territory as an associate of a law practice, as if the foreign lawyer were a local legal practitioner to whom section 392 of the Act applies: (a) section 394; (b) section 395(5), as if a reference to a contribution required under section 392 were a reference to a contribution required under regulation 26.
