24 Trust money and trust accounts For section 181 of the Act: (a) the provisions of Part 3.1 of the Act and any other provisions of the Act (other than Part 3.5 of the Act) relating to trust money and trust accounts; and (b) the provisions of Part 3 of these Regulations and any other provisions of these Regulations relating to trust money and trust accounts; and (c) any provisions of any legal profession rules relating to trust money and trust accounts; apply to Australian-registered foreign lawyers as if a reference in those provisions to a law practice or an Australian legal practitioner were a reference to an Australian-registered foreign lawyer.
