22 Multi-disciplinary partnership (1) An Australian legal practitioner who acts as the conveyancing lawyer for the purchaser of a property must not be in partnership with a person who acts:

Legal Profession Regulations 2007 14 (2) For section 153(1)(c) of the Act, written notice to the Law Society of a person's intention to start providing legal services in this jurisdiction as a member of a multi-disciplinary partnership must include the following information: (a) the name and residential address of each partner; (b) the kinds of services (other than legal services) and businesses the partnership proposes to provide or conduct in the Territory.
