88 Contribution by interstate legal practitioner to fidelity fund—Act, s 364 (2) (1) This section applies to an interstate legal practitioner who gives the law society council notice under section 87. (2) The law society council may, in writing, require the practitioner to pay a contribution to the fidelity fund. (3) The amount payable under subsection (2) for a period must not be more than the amount that would be payable to the fidelity fund for that period by the holder of a local unrestricted practising certificate.
