36 Backups The law practice must ensure that— (a) a backup copy of all records required by this part is made at least once each month; and (b) each backup copy is kept by the law practice; and (c) a complete set of backup copies is kept in a separate location so that any incident that may adversely affect the records would not also affect the backup copy.
