23 Trust money and trust accounts—Act, s 164 (2) The following provisions apply to Australian-registered foreign lawyers as if a reference in the provisions to a law practice or an Australian legal practitioner were a reference to an Australian-registered foreign lawyer: (a) part 6 (Trust money and trust accounts); (b) the Act, part 3.1 (Trust money and trust accounts); (c) any other provision of the Act (other than part 3.4 (Fidelity cover)) relating to trust money and trust accounts; (d) any provision of the legal profession rules relating to trust money and trust accounts.
