12 Information sharing
The Bar Council, Law Society and the Board may disclose information obtained in respect of a pupil during his or her pupillage if the information is relevant to the performance of a function, or the exercise of a power, by the Bar Council, Law Society or Board, under the Act, these rules or any other legal profession rules.
