25 Assignment of articles (1) Articles may be assigned to a person mentioned in rule 19(1) if all parties consent to the assignment and the Board gives its approval. (2) The articled clerk must lodge the assignment with the Secretary to the Board not later than 14 days after the date the assignment is signed or within the further time allowed by the Board.
