### 37 Authorised deposit-taking institution accounts

> > (2) The Commission shall pay any money received by it into the account referred to in [subsection (1)](#GS37@Gs1@EN) .
>
> > (3) Payment of money into the account referred to in [subsection (1)](#GS37@Gs1@EN) is deemed to be a payment of money into the Fund.
>
> > (4) The Commission shall ensure that any money received or held by it on trust is paid into an account that does not contain any money of the Commission not held on trust.
