### 29 Requests for review > > (1) A person may, by notice in writing, request the Commission to refer a decision made by an officer or a Legal Aid Committee to a Review Committee. > > > (2) A request made by a person under [subsection (1)](#GS29@Gs1@EN) shall be made – > > > > > > (a) within a period of 14 days after the person receives a notice referred to in [section 28](#GS28@EN) [(2)](#GS28@Gs2@EN) ; or > > > > > > > (b) within such longer period as the Commission may determine.
