### 28 Notification of decisions > > (1)  The Commission shall notify a person and the legal practitioner acting on behalf of that person of any decision made by a Legal Aid Committee or an officer in respect of that person in relation to – > > > > > > (a) the provision of legal aid; or > > > > > > > (b) the making of a payment for costs. > > > (2)  A notification shall be made in writing within 14 days after the decision is made. > > > (3)  The Commission, at the request of a person, shall provide written reasons for any decision to which a notification relates.
