#### 34A Date on which legal aid is granted 34A Date on which legal aid is granted > > (1) The Commission may, when granting an application for legal aid, determine that the application shall be deemed to have been granted at any time on or after the date on which the request for legal aid was made, whether or not an application for legal aid was duly made on that date. > > > (2) The Commission shall be deemed always to have had the power conferred by this section. > > **s 34A:** Ins 1987 No 9, Sch 2 (5).
