#### 26 Divulging of certain information prohibited 26 Divulging of certain information prohibited > > (1) A person engaged in the administration of this Act must not divulge any information or document (including an application for legal aid) obtained in connection with the administration of legal aid. > > > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months. > > > (2) This section does not prevent the divulging of information or a document if the information or document is divulged— > > > > > (a) in connection with the administration of legal aid, or > > > > > (b) as referred to in section 25 (4). > > > (3) This section does not limit the operation of section 25.
