53 Saving provision—Justice Legislation (Evidence and Other Acts) Amendment Act 2016 Despite the amendment made to section 11 by section 12 of the **Justice Legislation (Evidence and Other Acts) Amendment Act 2016**, on and after the commencement of section 12— (a) the board is taken to be the same body as it was immediately before that commencement; and (b) no decision, matter or thing is affected because of the amendment made by section 12; and (c) a director of the board who held office immediately before that commencement continues in office, subject to this Act, on the same terms and conditions on which the director held office immediately before that commencement.
