50 Regulations The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to— (a) disseminating information to the public concerning the provisions of this Act; (b) prescribing forms to be used and procedures to be followed under this Act; S. 50(ba) inserted by No. 10/1986 s. 18(g). (ba) prescribing times within which applications for the reconsideration or review of a decision under this Act must be made; S. 50(c) amended by No. 10/1986 ss 9(c), 16(c), repealed by No. 44/1997 s. 17(23). (d) generally all matters authorized or required to be prescribed for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act. New s. 51 inserted by No. 44/1997 s. 23.
