98 Superannuation (1) Nothing in this Act authorises the provision of superannuation benefits to an officer of the commission otherwise than under— (a) the Superannuation Act 1976 (Cwlth); or (b) the Superannuation Act 1990 (Cwlth); or (c) the Superannuation Act 2005 (Cwlth); or (d) a superannuation scheme determined by the Minister. (2) A determination is a notifiable instrument.
