94 Commission to operate as Legal Aid ACT (1) The commission shall exercise its functions under section 8 under the name of the Legal Aid ACT. (2) The commission is an excluded matter for the purposes of the Business Names Registration Act 2011 (Cwlth), section 13 in relation to that Act and the Business Names Registration (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2011 (Cwlth).
