93 Exemption from fees and taxes
(1) No fees are payable in respect of—
(a) the institution in a court or before a tribunal of a proceeding on
behalf of a legally assisted person; or
(b) the filing or lodging of a document with a court or tribunal on
behalf of a legally assisted person; or
(c) the service or execution by a member of the Australian Federal
Police or by an officer of a court or tribunal of process on behalf
of a legally assisted person; or
(d) the doing of any other act or thing in a proceeding in a court or
before a tribunal on behalf of a legally assisted person.
(2) The commission is not subject to taxation imposed by or under an
Act.
