82 Establishment of consultative committees (1) The Minister may establish such consultative committees as the Minister thinks desirable to assist the commission in the exercise of its functions. (2) In deciding whether to establish a consultative committee to assist the commission to exercise its functions in a particular locality, the Minister shall take into account any representations received from any local community organisation or from people living, or carrying on a business, profession or trade, in that locality.
