69B Records management—legal services records
(1) The commission must have an approved records management
program for the management of its legal services records.
(2) The program must include arrangements for the creation, keeping,
protection, preservation, storage and disposal of, and access to, legal
services records.
(3) The commission must comply with its approved records management
program for legal services records.
