60A Review of decision to remove from office
(1) This section applies to a decision (the reviewable decision) of the
commission to remove a statutory officer from office under
section 60.
(2) The commission must give a reviewable decision notice to the
statutory officer.
Note The person must also take reasonable steps to give a reviewable decision
notice to any other whose interests are affected by the decision (see ACT
Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, s 67A).
(3) The following people may apply to the ACAT for review of the
reviewable decision:
(a) the statutory officer;
(b) any other person whose interests are affected by the decision.
