6 Establishment of commission (1) The Legal Aid Commission (A.C.T.) is established. (2) The commission— (a) is a body corporate; and (b) shall have a common seal; and (c) may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and (d) may enter into such agreements and arrangements as it considers desirable for this Act; and (e) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
