39 Function of review committee
(1) The function of a review committee is to review decisions referred to
the committee under section 36 (5).
(2) In reviewing a decision of a kind specified in section 36 (1) (b) to (g),
or a decision of 1 of those kinds as varied under section 36 (4), a
review committee shall have regard to the amount of the funds
available to the commission for the provision of legal assistance, the
nature and extent of the legal assistance that has been provided from
those funds and the nature and extent of the legal assistance that the
commission is likely to be requested to provide in the future.
