35F Protection of convenor from liability
A convenor is not liable in a civil proceeding for anything done, or
omitted to be done, honestly by the convenor—
(a) in the exercise of a function under this part; or
(b) in the reasonable belief that the act or omission was in the
exercise of a function under this part.
