35E Admissibility of evidence
(1) Evidence of anything said or done at a negotiation session, including
a document prepared at or for the session, is not admissible in
evidence in any proceeding in a court or tribunal unless the parties in
attendance at the session consent to the admission of the evidence.
(2) In this section:
