32A Prohibition of additional payments to private
practitioners
If a private legal practitioner performs, or has performed, legal
services on behalf of a legally assisted person, the practitioner shall
not demand, take or accept payment for performing the services in
respect of which the legally assisted person is receiving, or has
received, legal assistance under this Act other than the payment or
payments to which the practitioner is entitled under this Act.
