29 Legal assistance—interests adverse to Territory
Legal assistance may be provided under this Act (including legal
assistance provided by making available the services of officers of the
commission) to a person in relation to any proceeding or matter
notwithstanding that the interests of that person are, or may be,
adverse to the interests of the Territory, the interests of an authority
or body established for a public purpose by or under a Territory law
or the interests of an incorporated company in which the Territory or
such an authority or body has an interest.
