24 Bringing services of commission to public notice
The commission may, by public advertisement or otherwise, bring the
services made available by the commission to the attention of the
public and any officer of the commission may, in the course of the
exercise of the officer’s functions, bring those services to the attention
of the public or to the attention of particular people.
