23 Legal practitioner on record
If—
(a) in any proceeding, a document is required or permitted to be
signed by a legal practitioner for a party to the proceeding who
is a legally assisted person; and
(b) legal services are being provided to the legally assisted person
in relation to the proceeding by an officer of the commission;
the signature of the chief executive officer, or of an officer of the
commission authorised in writing by the chief executive officer to
sign documents on behalf of the chief executive officer for this
section, shall be deemed to be the signature of a legal practitioner for
that party.
