Use of certain land at Walsh Road, Stanbridge
(1) This clause applies to land at Walsh Road, Stanbridge, being Lot 95, DP 751732.
(2) Development for the purpose of a dwelling house is permitted with development consent on the lot.
(3) Development consent under subclause (2) must not be granted after 2 years from the commencement of this Plan.
