14 Acceptance after an application for variation
If a notice referred to in section 12 is given to a lessee and the decision of the Minister relates to an offer referred to in subsection 10(1), the lessee may within one month of receiving the notice: (a) if the original offer was not varied by the decision—accept or reject the offer; or (b) if the offer was varied by the decision—accept or reject the varied offer.
