Australian Capital Territory regulation
This regulation adds three categories to section 4(1) of the Leases (Commercial and Retail) Regulation 2002: specified GIO Stadium lease and car-park arrangements, and certain Territory leases for services at Exhibition Park, GIO Stadium or Manuka Oval. The excerpt does not include the opening words of section 4(1), so it does not show precisely what legal effect being on that list has. This is general legal information, not legal advice; Zoe can make mistakes, and a qualified Australian lawyer should check it before you rely on it or act on it.
