95 Request for consent to assignment, sublease or mortgage If the tenant complies with section 93 (Provision of disclosure statement by tenant), the tenant may, in writing, ask the lessor to agree to— (a) the assignment of the lease; or (b) the grant by the tenant of a sublease for the premises; or (c) the mortgage of the lease.
