94 Lessor to provide disclosure statement If the tenant does not have, or have access to, a copy of a disclosure statement required to be given under section 93— (a) the tenant may ask the lessor to give the tenant a copy of the disclosure statement for the lease to allow the tenant to provide a copy to a proposed assignee or subtenant; and (b) the lessor must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with the request within 14 days after receiving it.
