71 Recovery of outgoings
The tenant under a lease is liable to pay an amount to the lessor for
outgoings only if—
(a) the nature of the outgoings was stated in the disclosure statement
provided to the tenant; and
(b) the lease states—
(i) the outgoings that may be recovered by the lessor; and
(ii) how the amount of the outgoings will be worked out and
apportioned to the tenant; and
(iii) how the outgoings or part of them may be recovered by the
lessor from the tenant; and
(c) the outgoings are recoverable outgoings.
