60 Costs of valuations (1) The costs of a valuation carried out for this part must— (a) be paid by or apportioned between the parties as the Magistrates Court directs; or (b) if the court does not give a direction—be shared equally between the parties. (2) In deciding whether it is appropriate to give a direction, the Magistrates Court must consider the following: (a) the reasonableness of the actions of each party; (b) if the valuer has been disqualified—whether the valuer should be paid in full, in part or not at all.
