59 Disclosure of concessions
(1) If a valuer working out market rent under this Act asks the lessor for
information about any relevant concession the lessor has given to
another tenant, the lessor must give the valuer the information.
(2) If the lessor complies with subsection (1), the lessor—
(a) is not taken to have committed a breach of confidence or
contract by complying with the subsection; and
(b) is not required to provide information that is otherwise readily
available to the valuer.
