58 Appointment of new valuer in other cases
(1) A party to a lease may apply to the Magistrates Court for the
appointment of a new valuer if the party has reasonable grounds for
believing that—
(a) the valuer appointed to work out the market rent for the lease
has failed to comply with section 57; or
(b) the valuer has failed to conduct a valuation in accordance with
this Act.
(2) On application under subsection (1), the Magistrates Court may
disqualify the valuer and appoint a new valuer.
