31 Form of disclosure statements
A disclosure statement must—
(a) if the lessor’s accounting period is not a financial year—state
the accounting period; and
(b) contain a written estimate of the outgoings the tenant is required
to contribute to under the lease that itemises the outgoings for
the first accounting period of the lessor under the lease.
