29 Notice—short minimum term
The lessor must tell the tenant in writing as early as practicable in
negotiations for a proposed lease that the lease cannot be extended
under section 104 (Minimum 5 year lease) if—
(a) the proposed term of the lease is less than 5 years; and
(b) it would be inconsistent with the head lease under which the
lessor holds the lease to extend the term.
