28 Copy of proposed lease to be provided (1) The lessor must give the tenant a copy of the proposed lease as early as practicable in negotiations for the lease. (2) Subsection (1) does not require the lessor to give a copy of the proposed lease to a tenant if the tenant has given, or indicated an intention to give, a copy of the proposed lease to the lessor.
