24 Notice of acceptance of lease offer (1) If a person accepts a lease offer, the person must tell the other party to the lease of the person’s acceptance in writing as soon as practicable after acceptance but, in any case, not later than 7 days after acceptance. (2) The lessor must take all reasonable steps to hasten registration of a lease under the Land Titles Act 1925 if— (a) the lease offer is accepted; and (b) the tenant requires the lease to be registered.
